Oak Park Cottages
Two renovated mirror image cottages for vacation rental, steps to Oak Beach and less than a mile to town and eight Lake Michigan beaches. Each cottage sleeps six with two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with twin bunk beds and a full double bed. A fully-stocked kitchen, dining room with coffee bar, and deck with outdoor seating for six and large patio with a grill provides lots of cooking and dining options. Living room with electric fireplace and Smart TV. Family friendly with pack 'n play, high chair and plenty of toys and games and dog welcoming with dog beds and bowls. Rent one or both cottages to sleep up to 12 people. Year-round rentals available.
Ideally located in the heart of all South Haven has to offer. Steps to Oak Beach and walking distance to North and South Beach, as well as seven Lake Michigan public beaches within a mile.
Parks with festivals, playgrounds and bike and walking trails are all nearby.
Close to town...walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, museums, theater, arcade, seasonal farmer's market, wine tasting, craft breweries, coffee shops, ice cream, candy and dessert shops...so much to see and do.
Marinas with boat rentals and the Maritime Museum with unique sailing experiences are all a few blocks away.

Deposit and Payment Schedule: For reservations made more than 30 days from check-in, 25% of the reservation fee is due within 7 days of making the reservation to hold your dates. An additional 25% is due 30 days prior to check-in. The 50% balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. Full reservation amount is due within 14 days of check-in. Please pay by due dates to avoid cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellation between 7 and 29 days before check-in will result in a 50% refund for all nights of the reservation, and cancellation less than 7 days prior to check-in is non-refundable.

"This was a great find, and even better that we got to bring our dog. Lisa was extremely responsive and had everything we could have needed for our stay! The beach is walking distance and “down town” is only a few minute drive. Non-member dog parks are only 20 minutes away from the house, and worth the drive as well. We will definitely want to stay here again when we visit South Haven."

"Lisa was a wonderful host. She was so kind in regards to allowing early check in and gave helpful, clear instructions in regards to getting into the house. The place was very clean and kitchen was well equipped with anything you may need. It was so nice that they provided bowls for our dog and clean up supplies. You really couldn’t beat the location. A quick walk to the beach or to dinner. I would definitely stay here again."

Lisa’s place was fantastic, and she was a wonderful host. The house was adorable and nice and clean. It was the perfect space for a quick weekend away. We were looking for a dog-friendly Air BnB and Lisa was extremely welcoming to our pup. The neighborhood was lovely and a short walk to the beach, and the local restaurants and shops were also quite lovely. I highly recommend this stay!
